Welcome to Techne Company (www.technecompany.com). By booking our doorstep hardware repair, IT support, CCTV, AC, or TV servicing solutions, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions:
1. Scope of Doorstep Services
Techne Company provides independent home and office repair services across Hyderabad and Secunderabad. Our certified experts diagnose and repair consumer electronics and IT infrastructure on-site or via authorized transit. We operate as an independent service provider and hold no direct affiliation with specific manufacturers unless explicitly stated.
2. Booking, Pricing, and Payments
- Estimates provided prior to physical inspection are provisional. Final pricing is shared post-diagnostic verification by our technician.
- All payments for retail bills and GST invoices must be cleared immediately upon completion of the service via approved digital methods or cash.
- Price quotes are valid for 7 business days from the date of issuance.
3. Customer Obligations and Approvals
The customer must provide safe, legal access to the premises and electronic equipment. Backup of critical data (on laptops, servers, or mobile devices) is the sole responsibility of the customer before work commences. Techne Company is not liable for data loss during hardware diagnostic or component replacement processes.
4. Warranty and Liability Limit
- Standard repair services carry up to a 6-month warranty on components replaced, subject to invoice terms.
- Warranty is void if the equipment is subjected to physical damage, liquid ingress, or unauthorized third-party tampering post-repair.
- Techne Company’s maximum liability for any unforeseen damage during service execution is strictly limited to the total service fee paid by the customer for that specific booking.
